Yes, we offer a variety of fragrances for you to choose your favorite when placing your order. From relaxing to invigorating aromas, we have something for every taste.

Is it safe to heat the wax in the microwave?

Yes, our wax bags are specifically designed to be safe and easy to use in the microwave, following the provided instructions

What should I do if the wax has not completely melted after 3 minutes?

If the wax has not completely melted, you can heat it in additional 20-second intervals, carefully monitoring to avoid overheating.

How can I reuse the container once the candle has burned out?

Once the candle is consumed, you can clean the container and reuse it with another one of our refill kits, choosing a new fragrance and enjoying the process again.

How long does it take for the wax to solidify after pouring it into the container?

Typically, the wax takes about 24 hours to fully solidify after being poured into the container. We recommend waiting this time to ensure that the candle is properly formed and provides the best burning experience.

What should I do if I want to change the fragrance of my candle?

If you want to change the fragrance of your candle, simply clean the container after the candle has completely burned out and choose a new refill kit with the fragrance of your choice. Our kits are flexible, allowing you to experiment with different scents according to your mood or the season.

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post and should arrive within 3-8 business days of the shipping date depending on your location. We offer a flat rate shipping of $10 Australia wide. You will receive all relevant tracking information once we have shipped your purchase.
